Payment: Your order is important to us! We accept payment through PayPal, Square, (Square transactions are completed by phone) or, you can send a personal check, cashier’s check or money order via USPS.

Hints for users new to PayPal:
You do not need to have an account with PayPal to purchase our products. There are no added costs, other than the amount of your purchase, plus shipping & handling, and, sales tax where applicable.

Shipping Policy:
Orders generally ship within 2 business days of a payment clearing
the bank. Please allow two weeks for standard delivery of your order.
Items are shipped first class with the US Postal Service.
In the event that an item is back ordered, we will contact you
with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Prices
Rates are per items shipped in a single package.
1st item         $7.25    (2 & 3 Disc Sets, ship as one item)
2nd item add  $5.00
3rd item add   $4.00
4th + items add $3.00 each

International Orders/Shipping
We ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia!
International shipping is based on (13 oz.) base domestic fee, plus:
Canada – add $12/package, UK – add $16/package, Australia – add $18/package

In order to process your order without delay…
Please provide accurate shipping information!
Please provide either a current email address or phone number
where you can be reached in the event of a shipping issue.
Once a USPS tracking confirmation indicates that an
order has been delivered, should an item be lost, we are not responsible for re-shipping or refunding of the order.

USPS Express Mail Service
Currently Not Available… We’d rather tell you Express mail is not
available than take your order and disappoint.

Errors
We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order,
please accept our apologies! You must notify us within 5 business
days upon receipt of the product, and we will gladly fix it!

Exchanges:  If you receive a faulty disc…
We will gladly exchange faulty DVDs with the same program.
Replacement product will ship once original product is received.
Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded, however we
will ship the replacement program at no charge.

Returns:  No returns or refunds on programs. No exceptions.
No refunds for damaged DVD packaging, no exceptions.
